What is Learn & Play?
The Learn & Play Project is a FREE parent/child activity time for children birth to five years of age in 27 sites across Southwest Kansas. It supports all domains of early childhood development with a focus on early literacy.
The Learn & Play Project is made possible by the Building Blocks Early Childhood Block Grant awarded by the Kansas Children’s Cabinet and Trust Fund to Russell Child Development Center.
